| Purpose |

To develop
a coherent lifelong learning framework for Moray, which seeks to
bring about greater levels of access, inclusion and attainment

To bring
about a change in attitudes towards learning, which will lead to
more members of our community wishing to participate in learning
activities

To pursue
opportunities for more complementarity in what is provided, thus
avoiding unnecessary or unplanned competition

To
identify, share and encourage good practice in learning among the
agencies involved in lifelong learning

To seek to
attract new resources in furtherance of the Forum's activities
